I was very impressed with Rachel as she is able to rush out out site plan for our Go kart event presentation for this afternoon. It was a very successful site plan which she created with 3 hours inclusive of buying the materials from Daiso at Vivo City.
Before the presentation, i was feeling very nervous not to say during the presentation. We were the 2nd group to go for the presentation. We met some technical computer problem which caused us to be unable to project our powerpoint slides on the big screen in the classroom. Alternatively, we sat around the table with our tutor while presenting. I feel this way is less stressful as compared to standing. The first group didn't met this problem. But we did! Haha...
Btw, i can very happy that we had impressed our tutor on our event concept which is go kart night racing at Sentosa island---- Pipe Dreaming in Night Race. Thanks to Purdee! She had managed tp convience our tutor regarding the sponsorship issue and risks involved. With that, the presentation ended in a very cheerful atmosphere and laughter of our tutor. Our tutor fell alseep at some parts of our presentation as he was really tired. He had presentations since morning 9am until 4plus in the afternoon with no interval break for his lunch too! However, we were also very worried what if he really choose our group to hold the event in reality since he is really impressed and convinced with our plan? OMG, we were praying just to get good grades will be enough. We don't wish to be involved in this actual event as it is really going to be really really physically and mentally straining during our attachment program on later of this year. I will like to congratulate all my grop members that our FEM project is going to end soon with the last reflection paper that is dueing on next tuesday. Well done! Ps: Loong, Thanks for being such a good leader man!
I was surpised to know that there is a major project for my course too! I thought our course don't have to do major project. Now, i am somehow excited as i hope to group with wenyi, sarah and Loong! If possible, weina or veralyn too!! I am very happy and willing to work with them....
This coming weekend, i guess i willbe quite busy with group meetings but i think i'll be quite free on sat evening as my friend has to attend a dinner on that night. I think i will be heading to Plaza Singapura on that evening as i have arranged to meet a gal to collect on apparels that i ordered online. Going down to meet her allows me to save money on postages man! Keke... But so far, i don't know who is free to accompany there.....
Tomorrow is a day where 3 or 4 out of 5 group memebers do not want to go back to TP for lessons as they want to rush out their individual assignment. I was also influenced on the idea but i think i will want to attend the culture lecture and tutorial tml. I had missed then once last week due to TP OP already even though i have leave of absence to cover. Haiz, who knows the travel and tour transport consultation tml, i may the only group member who is there to face the tutor. =-= Please la, Loong.... Accompany lei.... I don't want to be left along tml for the whole day....
One more thing to add... My foot hurts today man! Because of that new high heel shoes for formal wear. It look nice to be put on but it is really not easy for me to adapt to wearing such a high heel shoes. This was the first time that my foot went numb for wearing such high heel shoes. I was standing throughout the journey on bus 23 from Boon Keng station to Bedok Reservoir. I have no choice as there were too many people in the single decked bus. Haiz, served me right..... Choose to look nice but need to suffer!@@
