Good things happening....

I went to take Final Theory test at Comfort Delgro Ubi on Wednesday. I was so very nervous for this test so i kept revising and with the help of online test questions from singaporetests.com. I kept doing the the questions from there for the past few weeks in order to be familiarised with the style of the test. I managed to finish the test in a short while as luck was on my side.Most of the questions which i had for the actual test had appeared on the e trial test. I was so happy to choose test 1 and 10 during the e trial test!!! Or else i will make quite a lot of mistakes for it....

I was surprised that Joey took a longer time to complete the test. I got to know that she received a more difficult set of questions which were more tricker. I was very happy that both of us have passed the 2 theory tests together!!! Sisters rockZzz.... ^^ After that, she went to my house for dinner and we talked crap until 8plus. It was really a fun time with her. We even took funny pictures using the web cam on my lappie, making stupid and funny faces.

Then on Thursday, i went to Ck's house as he cooked for me omu rice but it turned out to be fried egg with onion tomato rice... Hahah... Very funny but still not too bad since it was his first try on omu rice. ^^ After that we went to collect our rings at PS. I called the fossil repair centre and they told me no more exact design for the exchange. My current watch is not in good condition and they cannot fix for me. Since it is under warranty, they allow me to do for an exchange. Initially, i wanted to get back the same design but it was out of stock since it is a Valentines' Day limited edition. It's a bit wasted to go for an exchange but i feel it's worth it as i am aiming at a newer and nicer design which need me to top up around $60. I will not mind to top up the money as i don't wish to see something that will remind me the past events. The person said that they will take about 2-3 days to deliver the stock from their warehouse to the store at Pacific Plaza. Haha, can't wait for the new watch to come....

Today, it was my last day at Trolley. Overall, i enjoyed myself for the last day as i am the first to hit the sales target unknowingly. There were 2 person who came to buy corporate gifts that's y they bought in bulk. They bought 20 boney thumbdrives which cost $700 over dollars. I was feeling very stressed as both of them kept asking for more discounts and request. At the same time, there was another customer who want to choose the doggy mobile charm and he's a little indecisive. He made me so stressed as i need to find and packed the boney thumbdrives for the corporate gifts as the 2 ladies kept nagging at me to pack for her stuff first. Luckily, i managed to pull through and hopefully, i didn't make any mistakes for the transaction.

After that, there's another guy came in and bought the air mail recycle wallet. Haha, i was very happy that my luck's with me today. My boss came in just before our store's closed for the day. She saw Ck and Ck even went to help out to carry stuff from her car into our store... That's so nice. Then i started helping my boss to do some admin work before i went off. I was really surprised to hear from her that i am the first to hit target in fact. ^^ She even gave me a hug before i went with Ck. I was very happy.. Real happy as i didn't know she will give me a leaving hug. Touched!!!

However, i am very upset to haer from Sarah that she kanna preumonia. I am worried for her and she didn't inform me that she's hospitalised!!! Haiz, she's still under treatment by taking anti boitics. Hope she will recover soon so that we can chit chat, go out again. Another person i'm worried is Wenyi as she seemed to be troubled by family stuff yet i cant do anything to help her.....

Changes

Long time that i didn't update my blog. Lazy i guess.. Haha...

On last tues, i started to fall sick as my throat was in pain ever since mon. I went to work even though i know i was not feeling very well. Therefore, i suffered alot on that day. I had a slight fever and feeling very drowsy and wobby. Thanks to Ck as he sent porridge and panadol for me in the late evening. If i didn't take any panadol, i think i would still be in an unconcious state of mind.

However, it seems like my sickness had worsen the next day. Luckily, i managed to find another colleague to replace me or else i'll have no mood and energy to serve any customer for the day. Therefore, i went to see doctor on wed afternoon. I stayed at home for many days to rest and went to work for 2nd shift on fri. Luckily, i have sharon to accompany so time flies very fast as compared to be alone in the store. Thanks, gal! ^^ When we reached Bedok station, i was surprised that Ck was waiting for me at the exit of the station. He likes to give surprises... Hahaha... Sharon even thought i had arranged with him before hand... haha...

Then i went to work on Sat for the first time as one of my colleague went to Japan for holiday, so i was there to cover him. Ck, sharon and Cs went to play badminton on that afternoon. So far so good i guess.... haha...After that, Ck went back to bath and meet me for dinner. We went to Ma Manison at Bugis Junction. It was recommended by Joey. I reall love the style of the restarant. Very dark and romantic and we waited for more than half an hour just to get a table. There are limited seats and table and i don't really like the bar table seats. It was an enjoyable dinner and our favourite dish is the omu rice with tomato sauce! The green tea jelly is also very special. I love the tuna garden salad too. Very fresh! I will want to go to the branch at Clark Quay in future as i heard from Joey that the scenery is nicer over there.

This week i am supposed to work on tues, thurs and fri. But there are internal changes going on. So i am left with Friday to work. I know that i can no longer work for many days from now on with the changes going on. I will not feel too upset as i can have another mindset. I can use this holiday to rest well and be energised when school starts. This is my last academic semester in school, therefore, i must have the fullest n enjoyable holiday before my poly holiday ends.... My attachment will start on the semester break in Aug.

On monday, i went to Taka and passed Sharon the store keys as she needs it on Tues. Before Ck and i went to Taka, our first destination was Plaza Singapura. We went to get couple rings... haha... But it will be only ready on Thurs as they need time for the lazer engraving. That will be our 2nd month anniversary gift. Today, i woke up earlier to prepare udon curry for him. I'll be passing it to him before i head for FTT at Ubi later.

Yay! Can get to eat home made omu rice tml!!!! Hohoho, but i'm not the chef, chef is him!!! I am there to enjoy the delicious omu rice!!!

Ok, i shall stop blogging and get back to my last minute revision for final theory driving test ah!!! All the best Joey and myself!!! ^^

ohya, confirm that i will be going to taiwan for 6Ds on 6th June oo!!! So happy. Going fr Joey n her mum n more..... =D

Up! Your Service Course

I went for Up! Your service enrichment course as make-up lesson. The original slot was actually on Monday and Tuesday, 9th and 10th. I couldn't make it as i need to prepare for the SLG presentation.

Luckily, Sarah helped me to ask the tutor on my behalf and i can actually attend a make-up session.

I feel that the class was more interesting yesterday as the tutors are very interactive as compared to today's one. One of the tutors in our class yesterday was a counsellor in the area of future studies. He made recommendations about what are the possible routes that i can take when i graduate from TP. Probably social sciences route in local uni??

When i received a sms from TP, i was very disappointed with my own Sem 2.2 results. It's really hard to score as i really had put in my best effort to score as high as possible. I was disappointed with Finance Acc as i only got a Bplus as i thought an A might be possible initially. Club, Resort, Spa's paper is also a killer, i still maintain a Cplus even i thought i could have done well for the final exam paper. I was quite stunned to know that i got a Cplus for my elective, Tourism Cullture and Society as i heard from my group mates that the tutor said my individual culture report was not too bad with only bits of plagarism. Travel and Transport Business is as expected to be a C as we all know we can't score well there. Contemporary Special Interest Tourism is a B same as Festival Event Mangement. So overall, there are 1Bplus, 2 Bs, 2Cplus, 1 C. This caused my GPA to fall even further from 3.42 to 3.37 and finally to 3.24.

My mood was really bad once my service course ended yesterday. Initially, i hope to meet him but he seems to be quite sick, so i didn't wish to disturb him resting. I knew he was worried about me. I also couldn't control my emotions well so i chose to return back home to take a nap.

Today, i met the course leader for Finance Acc while i was on my way to TP's bookshop. Surprisely, she remembered me as i was in her lecture class only. She asked about how's my Finance Acc results and i told her a Bplus. She said not too bad but i personally may have a higher expectations.

Many people consoled me not to be disappointed and i am trying to let this burden down if not i will kanna depression sooner or later....

Once i received the sms from TP yesterday, i have been considering if i should quit from working PT once sch starts. I told myself to decide in a later time but it seems like my boss need my schedule for the period when sch starts on April 20. So i finally gave her a msg about quitting after my course ended. I was surprised that she said no worries. However, i was very concerned about how my boss felt cuz right from the start, she told me that she's looking for permenant part timers yet i have to quit halfway.

Presentation With Sentosa Leisure Group

Last Sat, it was my Cousin Joey's 21st Family celebration. It was a funny combination as Ck and Sharon were invited to her birthday dinner. At first, my brother cousin is going to bring his friend along for mahjoing session but his friend didn't come last minute.

I went to look for Joey in the late morning at Downtown East for shopping of groceries. Then we headed to her house to prepare the food. I was so unlucky to be poked by the prawns on my leg as well as my hand. My Second Uncle and Joey's Mum said the prawns want to get revenge before they are being eaten by us. Hahah, so funny la.

When i went to fetch Sharonn Ck at the bus stop, they had alighted at the wrong stop. Therefore, i had to walk one bus stop away to find them in the heavy rain. I somehow regretted not to heed Sharon's advice to let both of them take cab to my cousin's house where they were. I was totally wet when i fetched them not even to my Cousin's house yet.

Luckily, Joey has extra clothing, both top and bottom, for me to change after bathing. Joey also lend Sharon a Tee Shirt to change. Too bad, we don't have extra bottom for Ck to change.

It may seems werid that the dinner didn't include Joey's friends but don't worry, she is going to have many birthday celebration this week. Feel happy for her. So, Sharon and CK's presence make the atmosphere more lively. Especially, Sharon, because of her bubbly characteristic. We made fun of Joey when it came to the cutting of cake session. Overall, it was an enjoyable celebration with all of them even though there may be parts where Joey was unhappy about.

Sharon and CK headed home around 12.30pm after a short mahjiong session. CK and I had somem issue for the night and things are fine now. All because of Sharon's help as a middleman. Thank you, my dear Friends.... ^^ My family and I stayed at Joey's house for the night and i went for project meeting around 5pm at TP. All because of the Sentosa Leisure Group's PPT that we need to prepare before hand.

Therefore, we spent sun, mon and tues together as a group to prepare for this evening's presentation. The presentation was delayed for at least half an hour. When the presentation ended, we were somehow disappointed as there were some points we forgot to take into considerations. I consoled Loong not to be disappointed but i was upset too. We must think on the bright side saying that at least we were the one of the 2 groups in HTM course being short listed, and we knew where are the areas we have done wrong.... After that, i went to TM to meet CK for dinner. He was still feeling quite unwell as what i've been observing.

Hope everything will be ok... Pray hard for tml release of exam results thru sms.... =_="

A shocking news

This morning, not long after i woke up, i received a msg from loong. He said that our group is short listed for the Festival and Event Management project - by Sentosa Leisure Group. OMG! Out of so many groups that existed,we are one of the 5 or 6 groups that are selected for the formal presentation on the coming tues. It happened to be on the last day for UP your service course. I'm not sure of what i should do. Just waste the $20 over dollars for this presentation?? Haiz...

Somemore, Michelle and Rachel seem to object on this idea of being attached to Sentosa Leisure Group from start. So, i'm wondering what shall we do? Rachel may not be around in Singapore today as what i have heard from Loong just now. The only day i'll be free for project discussion for this 'Pipe Dreaming in Night Race' proposal. It's going to be a super ultra formal presentation i guess.... Oh GOsh!!!!

If we'r really being selected for the final event concept, it's a great opportunity for us to work as a team again. I love this combination man!! haha.....

Yesterday, we went to Kallang for ice skating as a team but Purdee didn't join us. I was surprised that none of us fell down yesterday... hohoho... I started it with a very scary feeling as it has been a long long time that i didn't pick this up again. Although i'm not as pro as my other 3 friends, at least i have started to pick up some skills on skating... hahaha.... It was a fun day overall but mood was disturbed by a very rude animae shop owner in Kallang Leisure Park. Forget it, i'm not that petty.

This week, i have been working quite long hours as i'm a new staff who need more familiarisation on how the store runs. Later, i'll be doing the 2nd shift for work alone and i'm very happy that dear is willing to accompany me until my shift ends. The stores around my working place are mostky closed by the time my shift ends for the day and there are only night clubs that starts their business operations along the amoy street.

Tml, i'll be working with Eunice for full shift again just like Tuesday. Then for sat, it's my Cousi Joey 21st birthday celebration with our family. We'l be having steamboat at her house for dinner and i'll be staying over to help her clean the kitchen. Hope she is going to have a fun day with us! hohoho....
